The year 2017 was the beginning of the CAPS project and at the same time, it was the first year for Jiří Vymětal in the position of head teacher at elementary school in Olomouc (Czech Republic). The head teacher's openness to new things and ideas were the basis for the establishment of collaboration with the Czech CAPS partners (Palacký University in Olomouc). Two years of participation on the CAPS project may have contributed to progress in changes in the school environment and school climate. We would like to believe it also contributed to the award the best head-teacher in the Czech Republic for 2019.
